Professor David Chavalarias is research director at CNRS and Director of the Complex Systems Institute of Paris IdF. Leading expert in socio-semantic network analysis and online opinion manipulation analysis and has developed several social macroscopes in the field of Politics (https://politoscope.org), Climate Change (www.tweetoscope.iscpif.fr) and Covid-19 debates monitoring. In the NODES project, Professor Chavalarias will focus on developing new methodologies to reconstruct the socio-semantic dynamics and will manage the ISC-PIF team that will develop and implementing a platform for real-time monitoring of online debates on Twitter over several month (analysis of group formation, group evolution, topic evolution and narrative diffusion).
